A. Return policy

1. We do not accept any product that is tampered

2. We do not accept products where the seal is broken

We follow a 14-day return policy where the items must be returned in proper conditions and the goods’ receipt.

1. What do I do if I have received damaged products, wrong products, or missing units in my order?

If any product is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website or the units are missing as per the order quantity, please send a proper snapshot of the outer packaging, order number, and number of products received along with the invoice copy to our customer care (add email id)
After raising a concern, our team will revert to you within 24-48 hours.

2. What do I do If I receive courier damaged products/items?

We would recommend not to accept the said product/order from the courier person and kindly take images or videos of the same and share with us at (email id). This will help us raise a concern with the respective courier partner.

B. The refund and return policy

After placing the order, customers can cancel the orders before they are dispatched. In the case of refund requests, they will be processed via the same mode within 7-10 working days.
