Mini Meal is a multigrain khichdi. Containing rice, wheat, jowar, bajra and moong daal along with seasoning, it needs a cooking period of 5 to 7 minutes. Very light to digest, this can be eaten by the very young as well as the very old. Protein content is 13.31% and fats are 4.38% which is also great for weight watchers. You can add vegetables of your choice, give a Jeera Tadka, season with Coriander to enrich the experience further.
How to use: Add one part of the mix to three parts of boiling water. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with par boiled vegetables (peas, cauliflower, carrot, onion) & chilli as per your choice. Mix well & serve hot.
